Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with Structured Products/ Debt Capital Markets / Global Markets experience to join us and support our global banking client offering a collegiate and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide legal support on structured product business
  • Draft and review agreements and documents and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations
  • Work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects
  • Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions

Requirements:

  • Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions
  • Minimum 1 years PQE, with experience in Structured products, DCM, Global markets, or Derivatives
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
