Job Description:

We are currently seeking junior lawyers with Corporate M&A/banking/technology experience to join our bench and provide long-term support to our global clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide legal advice and support across our client’s business
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide legal support on product development and marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required

Requirements:

  • Legal qualification with 2-5 years PQE from M&A/ Corporate transactions/ Banking/ Technology practice
  • Open to both law firms and in-house
  • Strong drafting skills required
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
