Job Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead master documentation negotiations (ISDA, etc, ensuring precise and accurate documentation throughout the process)
  • Provide expertise on financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks, with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the process and enhance efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, counterparties, and other key stakeholders to support successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Legal professional with 4-8(+) years PQE with a focus in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks
  • preferably with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading but not required
  • comprehensive experience with ISDA documentation
