Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer with Trade Compliance/ Import Export Controls/ Sanctions experience to work with our F200 client in Singapore.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise on the application and impact of international sanctions regimes, export controls, and global trade regulations
  • Ensure proper legal oversight of classification, valuation, and customs declarations across APAC trade flows
  • Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments in APAC, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to safeguard business operations
  • Provide legal guidance to business teams on international transactions and deliver training/guidance on trade compliance obligations

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with minimum 6 years of PQE
  • Experienced in advising on trade compliance, sanctions, import/export control, customs & international trade law, or related fields
  • Sound knowledge of sanctions, export controls, and customs regulations with APAC markets
