Job Description:

We are currently seeking a lawyer with technology law experience to work with our F500 clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to support internal stakeholders in line with their company goals
  • Providing practical, commercially tailored legal advice across various business lines
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of tech-related agreements (e.g. inbound / outbound licensing agreements, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, or SaaS agreements)
  • Advising on legal issues associated with the development, implementation and use of existing / new technology products and services where required

Requirements:

Legal practicioner with 2-10 years’ PQE advising on a wide spectrum of technology related legal matters (e.g. e-commerce, Cloud, FinTech and / or other technology product and services, etc.) gained either within private practice or in house
