Job Responsibility

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts for property transactions
  • Advising on real estate transactions, zoning and land use regulations, and potential risks
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage business-critical matters such as volume lease renewals, large scale projects (e.g., Retail store upgrades), agreement amendments, asset management work, construction/professional appointment agreements and lease transactions (with a focus on lower risk deals in existing larger markets such as Greater China and Australia)
  • Provide dedicated legal support to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across the portfolio

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of property law and relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Experience in volume lease renewals, large scale projects (e.g., Retail store upgrades), agreement amendments, asset management work, construction/professional appointment agreements and lease transactions
