We are currently on the lookout for a Legal Consultant with margin financing/margin loans experience to join our ranks to support our global financial service clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with and advising business clients, while providing guidance and practical solutions
  • Draft and negotiate margin loan agreements using industry-standard documentation (e.g. APLMA)
  • Structure and advise on equity financing transactions

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 3–10 (+) years of PQE with relevant experience in margin loans and equity financing/derivatives
  • Familiarity with APLMA documentation and structured equity products is an asset
