We are seeking experienced investigators / legal consultant with employment investigations experience to join our team and work with global clients. The role involves conducting thorough internal investigations, advising on employment-related legal matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct internal investigations into employee-related concerns such as ethical misconduct, internal disputes, harassment, and discrimination
  • Provide legal support to global HR functions and advise on employment-related legal matters
  • Liaise with senior management during investigations
  • Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances and mediations
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as legal consultant with qualifications or investigator
