We are seeking experienced investigators / legal consultant with employment investigations experience to join our team and work with global clients. The role involves conducting thorough internal investigations, advising on employment-related legal matters.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct internal investigations into employee-related concerns such as ethical misconduct, internal disputes, harassment, and discrimination
Provide legal support to global HR functions and advise on employment-related legal matters
Liaise with senior management during investigations
Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances and mediations
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as legal consultant with qualifications or investigator
Experienced in conducting comprehensive and impartial internal investigations into employee-related HR allegations, such as ethical misconduct and policy violations
Maintain high integrity when handling sensitive information throughout the investigation process
