Job Description:

Axiom is looking for a talented, organized, self-motivated and result-oriented IP Legal Consultant to join our growing team. The role will be based in Singapore and will be working with one of our F500 clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of intellectual property (IP) portfolio (patents, trademarks and design rights)
  • Assist and support in corporate secretarial matters, including preparation of documents, coordination of signing / notarization / certification actions, when needed
  • Assist in the organization of key Legal & Compliance documents, such as internal policies
  • Provide guidance and advise to Legal and Compliance’s vendors, especially external IP service providers, as well as handling the purchase requisition, ordering and payment processes
  • Assist in maintaining the budget and spending tracker of the Legal and Compliance team

Requirements:

  • 3 to 10+ years working experience working on Intellectual Property Law
  • In-house legal or law firm experience is preferred
  • Candidate must be meticulous, sharp, analytical, resourceful and willing to learn
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
