Job Responsibility

Provide day-to-day management on all aspects of the legal function including: (i) Regulatory/legal issues relating to insurance and reinsurance (contract review, policy wordings)
(ii) General corporate and commercial advisory work
(iii) ) Review and approve agreements, legal reports
Draft, negotiate and review legal agreements and advise on local legal matters (eg civil, criminal, labor, outsourcing, data protection etc) and on any changes/developments in the law when appropriate
Maintains current knowledge of legal issues and developments in the law
