Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within Financial Services to join our fast growing team! This will give you a great opportunity to expand your skill set and gain more exposure by working with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!

Job Responsibility

  • Provide legal advice on various transactions within banking and finance, including structuring, documentation, and regulatory considerations
  • Provide advisory input on transactional matters rather than serving as a pure negotiator
  • Advise front office teams on macro and credit products, and support BAU transactional workflows, including reviewing, drafting, and advising on a range of market related agreements
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Singapore and regional markets
  • Ensure legal risks are identified, assessed, and managed in line with internal policies and regulatory expectations

Requirements

  • 3–10 PQE
  • Significant experience in financial services
  • Strong transactional background (macro or credit) with the ability to manage end to end matters independently
  • Private practice and In house experience within financial institutions is highly preferred
  • Ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice under tight timelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
