We are currently hiring Legal Consultants experienced in Energy sector to join us and support the likes of Fortune 500 clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support legal workstreams across energy, utilities, renewables, and power initiatives in APAC
  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts, providing strategic and practical legal advice to cross-functional teams
  • Shape and implement new frameworks, policies, and commercial arrangements to support infrastructure expansion
  • Monitor regulatory developments in energy transition, climate, and utilities, and drive internal compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives across construction, procurement, and sustainability
  • Deliver training, thought leadership, and process improvements to enhance legal awareness and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 5-12(+) years’ experience in the energy sector, from private practice and/or in house
  • Experienced in projects and commercial transactions within energy sectors
