Job Responsibility

  • Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation
  • Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes
  • Advising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
  • Assisting with the development of new products and markets where applicable

Requirements

  • Legal practitioner with Ideally 2+ years’ experience within the derivatives / structured products, gained either within private practice or in-house
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments
  • Experience in equity derivatives an asset
