We are currently seeking Legal Consultant - Debt Capital Markets to join our bench support our global financial services client.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on debt capital markets transactions
  • Draft and review legal documents, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, indentures, and other transactional documentation
  • Conduct due diligence, analyze risks, and identify legal issues related to debt capital markets transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm or financial institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
