Job Description:

Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking Commercial Legal Consultants with 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements to support large multinational companies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on commercial transactions to support business objectives for large multinational companies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, such as finance and procurement, to align legal strategies with business goals
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends, particularly within the technology and consumer goods sectors, to effectively advise clients
  • Assist in managing risks associated with commercial operations by identifying potential legal issues and proposing solutions to mitigate them

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' PQE, covering drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, ideally gained within an in house setting
  • Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts such as service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
  • Demonstrated experience or specialization in the technology or consumer goods sectors is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
