Legal Consultant - Asset Management (Public Side)

• Provide legal support on HK public-side regulatory matters, including UT Code, filings, and updates
• Monitor and communicate regulatory developments relevant to the asset management business in Hong Kong
• Collaborate with product teams to address regulatory queries related to fund launches, disclosures, and structuring
• Coordinate with legal teams in other jurisdictions to escalate and resolve cross-border regulatory matters

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 3 years’ PQE in asset management or reputable funds practice
• Ideally familiar with HK public-side fund regulatory matters
• Good working knowledge of relevant HK regulations, especially the UT Code and SFC requirements
• Exposure to EU cross-border fund regimes and Cayman/RMB fund structures is an asset
• Pragmatic, collaborative, and responsive team player
