Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Mandarin-Speaking) for global clients including Fortune 500 clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with our clients remotely and provide legal support
  • Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: creative, advertising and digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership deals
  • Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements and related policies

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with minimum of 4 years’ of PQE, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
  • Able to write and draft in Chinese and English

Nice to have

  • Prior work experience with clients in China is an advantage
  • More experienced talents are welcome
