Job Responsibility
Design, implement, and oversee robust compliance programs across the group’s extensive international network, focusing on anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) and competition/anti-monopoly laws
Act as a key advisory partner to business units, evaluating legal risks associated with new business initiatives and cross-border M&A transactions
Establish and refine internal control systems to meet the rigorous governance standards required for public market listing.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of corporate compliance or legal experience (gained within a corporate legal department, audit firm, or law firm)
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent) to manage cross-border reporting and global frameworks
