Job Description

Broster Buchanan have been retained to recruit a Legal Cashier Manager for an established business on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre. Are you an experienced Leader or Senior wanting to take that next step up?

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day legal cashiering operations
  • Leadership and management of an existing team
  • Ensure full compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
  • Handle reconciliations, client accounts, and financial reporting
  • Liaise closely with other departments to support firm-wide financial processes

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of SAR (essential)
  • Proven experience in a legal cashiering role, ideally with supervisory duties
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across divisions
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident using legal accounting systems
