We are currently looking for a super motivated intern to join our Legal Team! The team is responsible for providing legal support, advice and risk assessment to all teams. The mission encompasses drafting and negotiating any and all contracts relating to Deezer's commercial activities throughout the world as well as supporting and following-up pre-litigation and litigation cases in that respect.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in and follow the negotiation and drafting of various types of contracts (licensing, partnerships, NDA, production, PR, service providers etc.), mainly in English and French
  • Provide legal support to French and international operational teams (advertising, marketing, business development and tech departments) on a broad range of topics including intellectual property, consumer, business, and privacy law (GDPR)

Requirements:

  • Master 2 in Intellectual Property and/or I.T. law
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal department in this area
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Comfortable in a challenging and multicultural environment
  • Proactive and autonomous work behavior
  • Excited to work within a tech and music-oriented environment
