Job Description:

Robert Half is assisting a client in their search for a Legal Billing Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, large firm with excellent opportunities, a hybrid schedule, and great benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Generate and distribute prebills for all billable hours and expenses, adhering to departmental and client-specific deadlines
Oversee the preparation, organization, and prompt delivery of client invoices with a focus on accuracy
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules
Support management, staff, attorneys, and clients by addressing billing-related questions and requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

Electronic Billing experience / “E-Billing” is required
Ability to handle a high volume of invoicing
Legal Industry experience is preferred
3E billing software is preferred

Nice to have:

Legal Industry experience
3E billing software
