Job Description

This position supports the Legal Department with a primary focus on daily operation, corporate governance, and transactions related to the company’s business. The role covers administrative and process-driven legal matters, while also providing guided exposure to other legal workstreams where relevant to support the Company’s business needs and the Legal Associate’s professional development. The successful candidate will have opportunities to progressively develop substantive legal, commercial, and transactional skills under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide legal assistance in drafting and reviewing matters related to operation (leasing, financing, construction, claim/dispute, authorities, partners, etc.)
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other departments to assess legal risks and develop strategic solutions
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues impacting the company’s business
  • Support in ERCs, IRCs registration/amendment from time to time
  • Assist in preparation and submission of board resolutions, and advising on compliance matters
  • Support in reporting regarding operation and coordinate with relevant teams to collect necessary information to submit the reports
  • Assist in legal matters related to land lease deals, share deals, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from time to time
  • Support legal administration, seal stamping, and signing as required

Requirements

  • Strong legal mindset, strong problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive self-learning capacity, a growth mindset, and the ability to effectively manage and execute tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and ability to handle the assigned tasks carefully and accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration with relevant stakeholders and internal teams
  • A law degree from an accredited Law University
  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate legal, law firm, or in-house legal setting is preferred
  • or candidates with limited experience but strong potential may also be considered
  • Proficient in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
  • Good legal research, drafting, and writing skills
