Job Description:

Our client is part of a well-established group with operations across the globe. They are currently looking for a Legal Associate (Banking) to join their legal team, with a focus on banking matters. This role comes with a hybrid working arrangement and offers hands-on exposure to financing transactions, regulatory work, and legal matters across the globe.

Job Responsibility:

Provide legal support in corporate banking, reviewing and advising on loan and security documentation to ensure compliance with internal risk and governance standards
Review and evaluate corporate authorisation documents and financing-related paperwork for accuracy and legal compliance
Assist with transaction management and support functions, ensuring smooth execution of banking transactions

Requirements:

LL.B. or equivalent law degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate banking, finance
Proficient in reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other financing-related contracts
