Job Description

This role is designed for a meticulous legal professional dedicated to the precision of Real Estate and Property Law. Your primary focus will involve managing the end-to-end life cycle of property transactions, ranging from Developer Projects to high-paced Sub sale matters. You will be responsible for drafting and vetting Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), as well as handling complex Loan Documentation for a variety of major financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law - LLB and called to the Malaysian Bar
  • Must have experience in Conveyancing liaising with bank panels
  • Ideally exposed to multi-million ringgit transactions
  • SPA drafting and review
  • Loan exposure and documentation
  • preferably 3-5 years PQE
