Job Description

As a Legal Associate in the Banking & Finance practice, you will work on high-profile transactions for top-tier financial institutions and corporations.

Job Responsibility

  • Executing Corporate Banking, DCM/Sukuk, and Islamic Finance mandates
  • Drafting and negotiating documents for cross-border and infrastructure project financing
  • Providing strategic advice on financial regulations
  • Collaborating within a regional network on complex international deals

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of PQE in Banking & Finance
  • Solid background in Corporate Banking, Debt/Equity Capital Markets and Islamic Finance
  • A strong desire to learn and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude

Nice to have

Prior experience in infrastructure or real estate project finance is a plus
