We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate with a strong interest in corporate compliance. The ideal candidate will support the legal and compliance teams in mapping legal requirements, implementing compliance tools, conducting legal research, and ensuring timely updates across entities. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work with internal teams and external partners like Legasis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate with external partner Legasis to discuss, track, and close mapping requests and legal queries
  • Perform compliance data consolidation periodically for review across internal governance forums
  • Conduct parity checks and assist in identifying and mapping missing compliance items
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of a license tracking dashboard
  • Contribute to the upgradation and testing of the compliance management tools and platforms
  • Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports tailored to business and management requirements
  • Act as the first point of contact for users, resolving concerns related to the compliance management system
  • Assist in the rollout of compliance systems for new business entities
  • Undertake legal research on statutory applicability and regulatory developments as required
  • Handle additional tasks and legal projects assigned from time to time to support team objectives
