Job Description:

Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Legal Assistant for a law firm in Steinbach. The role involves preparing and drafting legal documents, providing legal administrative support, correspondence with clients and other lawyers, managing and maintaining filing systems, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing and drafting legal documents (letters, agreements and various other reports)
Providing legal administrative support to the firm
Correspondence with clients and other lawyers
Managing and maintaining filing systems
Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Successful completion of a legal assistant program
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
Excellent attention to detail and outstanding multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize a heavy workload
Tech-Savvy: Great understanding of Excel and MS Office
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
