Job Responsibility:
Prepare and assemble living trusts, last wills, deeds, and health care documents
Review completed intake and input pertinent information into client management system
Identify client needs and bring them to the attorney’s attention
Proof documents for accuracy
Final client phone calls to ensure proper spelling of names and beneficiary designations
Explain documents to clients, obtain appropriate signatures, and answer client questions without providing legal advice
Assemble estate planning binder, make copies, scan signed pages, and organize in digital format
Record detailed notes summarizing signing meeting in client management software
Conduct Asset Review Meetings
Support paralegals and attorneys within the office
Request reviews
Assist in enrolling, marketing, networking, and outreach
Participate and assist in Kinghorn Law | Financial workshops
Participate in and contribute to internal meetings
All other tasks assigned by supervisor, Leadership, or attorney
Requirements:
In-depth understanding of living trusts, last wills, and health care documents, including Property Power of Attorney, Mental Health Care Power of Attorney, HIPAA authorizations, and Living Wills
