We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support our client on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client communication, managing calls, and providing exceptional service in a plaintiff-focused legal setting. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate client communication through outbound and inbound calls with an attentive and empathetic approach
Respond to client inquiries, providing updates and gathering necessary information to support case progress
Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing incoming calls and ensuring timely responses
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information with care
Utilize case management systems to organize and track client data effectively
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed appropriately
