Prior experience supporting real estate legal work is required. Working knowledge of title review, survey analysis, and real estate closing processes. Ability to draft and revise legal documents with strong attention to detail. Experience using document management systems in a legal or services environment. Proficiency with document comparison software such as Litera. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
