FamFluence Talent Management, a leading influencer talent management agency, exclusively represents over 100 of the top-performing family influencers in North America. FamFluence manages influencers across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, handling all media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals, and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent. Are you passionate about contracts and looking to make a difference in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing? Your main role will involve reviewing, drafting, and editing contracts related to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% remote and incredibly collaborative.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships
  • Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company
  • Draft and modify contract templates
  • Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation
  • Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters

Requirements

  • Paralegal certification or relevant legal education
  • 2+ years of paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus
