Job Description:

A prestigious national litigation firm is seeking a legal assistant with 2+ years of litigation experience. This firm has a collaborative team culture and invests heavily in training and mentorship. This legal assistant position has unlimited growth potential within the firm! My team has placed several legal assistants with this firm who love the environment!

Job Responsibility:

State, federal, and appellate court filings
Calendaring
Formatting documents - TOA/TOC, motions, pleadings, etc.
Subpoenas
Assisting with discovery
Trial prep - preparing binders, lists of witnesses and exhibits, etc.
Research
Communicating with clients

Requirements:

2+ years of California civil litigation experience
Calendaring
Court filings
