Legal Assistant

• You will provide support to the legal manager in legal research and case analysis activities and in preparing and/or reviewing draft legal documents such as contracts, letters, corporate policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines, current regulations, and industry best practices

• With your proactivity and versatility you will provide support to the legal manager, handling correspondence, organizing documents, interacting with government offices and external correspondents.

• You have completed an undergraduate education in law (Master of Law)
• Prima esperienza di pratica in uno studio legale o come giurista d'azienda
• Construction law, both Swiss and international, interests you or you have had some initial experience with it
• You are able to use English at a professional level
• additional knowledge of national languages and Spanish is a plus
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, and an aptitude for problem solving are characteristics that set you apart.
