Legal assistant

• Prepare and manage form agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Perform data entry tasks within the contract management system (Conga) to maintain organized and updated records
• Assist with legal matters related to fleet vehicles, including tracking accident-related information and handling indemnity letters
• Communicate with plaintiff attorneys and coordinate information to resolve legal disputes
• Support administrative tasks such as filing and document organization to maintain efficient legal operations
• Learn and contribute to the trucking equipment division to address cross-functional legal concerns
• Collaborate with the paralegal to provide comprehensive support across various legal responsibilities
• Handle multiple responsibilities with a willingness to take on new challenges and expand your skill set

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 2-3 years of legal experience required in a law firm, or corporate setting
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow within the legal field
• Familiarity with contract management systems, such as Conga, is a plus
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including filing and data management
• Effective communication skills to interact with attorneys and other stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed
