We are seeking a detail oriented Legal Assistant or Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support across property tax, real estate, probate, and general corporate matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include preparing and sending notices, including high-volume and mass mailings, maintaining accurate files and records, and ensuring all work is completed in a timely and precise manner. The role will handle filing, file management, annual reports, meeting minutes, proofreading, and general administrative support. The position will also support corporate and transactional work, including assistance with buy-sell agreements, probate matters, and real estate transactions. Familiarity with title companies and assembling documentation for real estate closings is important. Ongoing client and internal office communication is a key part of the role. Property tax experience is a plus. Strong computer skills are required, along with the ability to manage documents efficiently and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. Prior experience supporting general corporate work, real estate, probate, and transactional matters is highly valued.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a Legal Assistant or similar administrative support role
Strong computer skills with the ability to work efficiently across legal and office software systems
Hands-on experience with e-filing, court filings, and legal document submission processes
Working knowledge of calendar management and file organization in a legal environment
Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
Experience supporting civil litigation matters is preferred
