Legal Assistant

• Learn to assist in preparing estate planning and probate documents
• Support the creation of court filings, including petitions and exhibits
• Communicate with clients, trustees, and other parties with professionalism and care
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members on active cases
• Participate in client meetings, including intake and document signing appointments
• Help keep client files organized and up to date using legal software systems
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and general administrative tasks
• Provide occasional phone support and client follow-up

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
• Interest in the legal field and desire to grow professionally
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Prior administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required
