Job Responsibility

  • Work alongside General Counsel, directly supporting investment organisations and their portfolio
  • Support on investment-related matters, including reviewing term sheets and transaction documents, assisting with legal due diligence, and preparing internal documentation
  • Advise funds on a broad range of legal matters
  • Support work on fund formations, financial regulatory, and compliance matters
  • Assist portfolio companies on various legal matters, including IP, employment law, and data protection (GDPR)
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of legal workstreams, including AI-related initiatives

Requirements

  • Law student (stud.jur., stud.merc.jur., or equivalent) and have preferably completed at least four semesters of your studies
  • Structured, detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Thrive on building trustful relationships
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Communicate confidently in both English and Danish, written and spoken
