  • Communicate with clients, debtors, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Track account status and payment activity
  • Draft pleadings, motions, complaints, affidavits, and other court filings
  • Prepare exhibits and assist with trial preparation
  • Monitor court dockets, deadlines, and calendars
  • Handle e-filing and coordinate service of process
  • Partner with attorneys on case strategy and workflow
  • Maintain organized case files (electronic and physical)
  • Prepare correspondence and internal reports
  • Assist with scheduling, client communication, and general legal support
  • Support legal research and document review as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of litigation legal assistant or paralegal experience
  • Some exposure to or demonstrated interest in collections or creditor's rights work
  • Strong drafting skills and familiarity with court filings and procedures

What we offer

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
  • 401(k) with safe harbor employer match
  • Accident and critical illness coverage
  • Free onsite parking
