Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support legal operations and administrative functions in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role involves managing critical tasks such as e-filing, calendar coordination, and legal-related documentation while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in executive assistant and legal support.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate calendars for legal proceedings, deadlines, and appointments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and administrative tasks related to the three executive's needs
  • Keep organized and detailed calendars for both owners and President
  • Support the president and owners with administrative duties, including meeting arrangements and correspondence
  • Monitor and manage deadlines and provide reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems for legal and administrative records
  • Communicate effectively with owners, president, and any staff regarding updates

Requirements

  • Familiarity with civil litigation processes and legal terminology
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in calendar management and deadline tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in managing legal administrative tasks and correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy documentation
