Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support legal operations and administrative functions in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role involves managing critical tasks such as e-filing, calendar coordination, and legal-related documentation while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in executive assistant and legal support.

Job Responsibility

Coordinate and maintain accurate calendars for legal proceedings, deadlines, and appointments
Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and administrative tasks related to the three executive's needs
Keep organized and detailed calendars for both owners and President
Support the president and owners with administrative duties, including meeting arrangements and correspondence
Monitor and manage deadlines and provide reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks
Maintain organized filing systems for legal and administrative records
Communicate effectively with owners, president, and any staff regarding updates

Requirements

Familiarity with civil litigation processes and legal terminology
Strong organizational skills, especially in calendar management and deadline tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in managing legal administrative tasks and correspondence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
High attention to detail and accuracy documentation
