Job Responsibility:
Support lawyers within the Construction Litigation and Commercial Group
Coordinate workflow across support services
Ensure timely completion of tasks such as document production, file management, and administrative work
Calendar management
Meeting coordination
Client communication
Document review
Billing support
Collaboration with other departments
Requirements:
Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) Certificate
Experience providing administrative support in Construction Litigation
Willingness to work in-office full-time
3–5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant
Strong understanding of Civil Litigation, including court filing and service procedures
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools
Typing speed of approximately 60 wpm
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail, initiative, and professionalism
Nice to have:
Knowledge of ACL, iManage, and PrimaFact
Experience supporting commercial litigation teams
Familiarity with CRM or client-management databases
