We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant with a strong background in litigation, ideally construction litigation, to join a highly reputable and well-established national law firm in Downtown Vancouver. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service. Job Responsibility:

  • Support lawyers within the Construction Litigation and Commercial Group
  • Coordinate workflow across support services
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks such as document production, file management, and administrative work
  • Calendar management
  • Meeting coordination

  • Collaboration with other departments

Requirements:

  • Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) Certificate
  • Experience providing administrative support in Construction Litigation
  • Willingness to work in-office full-time
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant
  • Strong understanding of Civil Litigation, including court filing and service procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools
  • Typing speed of approximately 60 wpm
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail, initiative, and professionalism

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of ACL, iManage, and PrimaFact
  • Experience supporting commercial litigation teams
  • Familiarity with CRM or client-management databases
