Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Drive the development of legal and compliance frameworks
Advise on new market entries, business initiatives and mergers and acquisitions
Contribute to continual process improvements
Involved in regional and global projects

Requirements:

Qualified lawyer with at least 10 years PQE
Experience in financial services, fintech or consultancy industries
Driven, proactive, independent and commercial-minded
Track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
Hands on, meticulous with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
