Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Legal Affairs Specialist in Croatia, located in Živogošće. You will be responsible for supporting legal and administrative activities related to corporate operations, ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations, and protecting the business interests of the company. The role focuses on legal coordination, regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate corporate records in line with company standards and Croatian legislation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintains records related to the work of the joint-stock company bodies in accordance with the Company Statute and applicable legislation
  • Performs administrative activities related to corporate status matters
  • Maintains records related to company assets, including property rights, pledges and other encumbrances
  • Provides legal support and advice to ensure company operations are aligned with applicable legal regulations
  • Carries out legal activities in line with company standards in order to protect business interests and ensure legal compliance
  • Researches legal regulations and supports alignment of internal procedures with applicable laws and regulations
  • Supports legal documentation processes and internal coordination activities
  • Cooperates with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law (VŠS / VSS)
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in legal affairs or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism and ability to handle conflict situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid B category driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • All applicants must be fluent in Croatian and English
