Job Responsibility

  • Follow-up on the registration, renewal, and cancellation of commercial and real estate mortgages in favor of our bank
  • Review customers’ guarantees and ensure that our bank’s rights are preserved in these guarantees (checks – insurance policies)
  • Prepare, review, and draft all contracts to which our bank is a party
  • Handle all procedures related to the Real Estate Registry, including the registration of the bank’s asset ownership
  • Handle all procedures related to the Commercial Registry
  • Provide legal opinions regarding account opening documents and determine who has the authority to operate the account
  • Provide legal opinions regarding powers of attorney issued by clients and the extent to which transactions may be conducted under them
  • Distribute estates and provide legal opinions on all matters related to estates and inheritance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law - English section from a reputable university
  • 2-4 Years of experience
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must
