Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Complex Recoveries Legal Advisor to join the team. The role involves managing a full caseload of high-volume, high-value (over £10,000) litigated RTA recovery cases, delivering high-quality claims handling and maximising recoveries within agreed timescales to support the overall success of the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a full caseload of high-value litigated recovery files using the firm’s case management system
  • ensure accurate and timely updates on the case management system
  • progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods
  • provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management
  • take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice
  • support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity
  • liaise with sources, experts, third-party insurers, and other stakeholders
