Requirements

Experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims is essential
Working knowledge of liability issues, including the Road Traffic Act and Article 75
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Demonstrable background in customer or stakeholder-focused environments – with a strong focus on delivering quality service to clients and the wider firm
Competence using case management systems and MS Office
High attention to detail, organisation, and commitment to quality service

Job Responsibility

Manage a full caseload of high-value litigated recovery files using the firm’s case management system
Ensure accurate and timely updates on the case management system
Progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods
Provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management
Take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice
Support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity
Liaise with sources, experts, third-party insurers, and other stakeholders
Perform effectively in a target-driven environment
