Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Complex Recoveries Legal Advisor to join the team. The role involves managing a full caseload of high‑volume, high‑value (over £10,000) litigated RTA recovery cases, delivering high‑quality claims handling and maximising recoveries within agreed timescales to support the overall success of the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods
  • Provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management
  • Take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice
  • Support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity
  • Liaise with sources, experts, third‑party insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Perform effectively in a target‑driven environment
