Job Responsibility

Manage a full caseload of high‑value litigated recovery files using the firm’s case management system
Ensure accurate and timely updates on the case management system
Progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods
Provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management
Take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice
Support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity
Liaise with sources, experts, third‑party insurers, and other stakeholders
Perform effectively in a target‑driven environment
