Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Advisor to provide timely, solution-oriented legal support across commercial contracting activities within Vodafone Business. This role focuses on drafting, negotiating and managing complex international contracts, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The position also contributes to regulatory, product development and strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and enabling business growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and timely legal advice on commercial and contractual matters across enterprise business activities
  • Draft, review and negotiate complex, global, multi-country contracts with multinational organisations
  • Assess and mitigate contractual risks, proposing balanced and practical solutions
  • Manage high-complexity contracts with bespoke elements and limited standardisation
  • Analyse and negotiate non-standard terms for strategic deals and projects
  • Lead improvements of contracting processes and act as a subject matter expert for end-to-end contracting
  • Support knowledge sharing, training and capability building within the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including regulatory, technology, tax and public policy teams
  • Prepare contract risk assessments aligned with internal policies and procedures
  • Provide legal support for product development and strategic initiatives

  • Holds a degree in law (professional qualification or bar admission is advantageous)
