We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis. Job Responsibility:
Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal executives
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
Handling incoming calls, emails, and post
Liaising with clients, courts, and external stakeholders
Assisting with diary management and meeting coordination
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
