We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Support professional to join a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment. This is an ongoing contract opportunity supporting a high-performing legal team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience within a legal or corporate setting who thrives on managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality support. As a key member of the Legal & Governance team, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to corporate solicitors and broader team functions. You will play a critical role in managing legal workflows, contract processes, and governance activities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain the legal management system (e.g. LawVu)
Coordinate intake, review, and allocation of legal matters
Assist with due diligence and online research
Upload and manage contracts through approval workflows
Coordinate execution of contracts (wet ink & e-signature platforms
Assist with Board and Committee meeting preparation
Manage purchase orders and invoice processing
Maintain registers (e.g. bank guarantees)
Support insurance claims and document management systems
Contribute to monthly reporting activities
Requirements:
Previous experience in a legal support or corporate administrative role
Experience with contract lifecycle processes (POs, approvals, execution)
Familiarity with legal or contract management systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
